Every Brick’s regular knows Diana as the smiling red-headed serving smokin’ meats or slinging drinks behind the bar. She has been on the Brick’s team for one year and seven months! She recently made her first solo trip to Ireland and is saving up for her next adventure. If you ever want to strike up a conversation tell her your favorite travel stories.
Diana is passionate about all animals (especially her dog), the beach, and baking. Her co-workers love all of the baked goods she brings in for every holiday.

What is your favorite part about your job?
I love that I’m trained to bartend and serve so that I can interact with guests in both areas.
What is your favorite thing to order?
I always have a really hard time with this question! I rotate between things. I guess if I HAVE to choose, it would be the bacon burnt ends taco or the Texas Nachos.
Being a bartender… what is your favorite drink at Brick’s?
I love the Spicy Pepino! I also like to make the skinny margarita and add some freshly muddled jalapeños. I like spicy
