Brick’s Big Red Ale is a limited-edition specialty ale brewed exclusively for Brick’s Smoked Meats by our local Darwin Brewing Company. In celebration of our first year, the ale is named after our beloved Big Red, our J&R Oyler pit – that special, live fire box where all the “low and slow love” happens to our award-winning smoked meats.
Our Big Red Ale is a well-rounded American Amber ale brewed with smooth, roasted Crystal malts that introduce a hint of sweetness, balanced out by moderate East Kent Golding hops. With a pleasant toasted character underlying a crisp, dry finish, Brick’s Big Red pairs especially well with tangy, zesty barbecue favorites and hearty smoked meats.
Advance purchase of $39 per person is required when your reservation is confirmed, and seating is limited to 50 guests. Seating will be a laid-back gathering at shared communal tables for 10. First come, first seated. Tax and gratuity not included.
