Brick’s Smoked Meats is now serving up Brunch on State Street, and y’all, it does not disappoint. Stop in any Saturday or Sunday from 9:30am – 3:00pm to see what all the buzz is about.

Our menu offers classic brunch options with a Central Texas twist. The new lineup of craveable choices (include a brief list of items) Someone really smart once said “A brunch without booze is just a sad breakfast”, and we couldn’t agree more. Spend the weekend with friends enjoying our bottomless Mimosas ($15) and one-of-a-kind Brick’s Ultimate Mary. You know we wouldn’t be a smokehouse if we didn’t use our signature smoked meats as garnish. If those aren’t your go-to brunch drinks, our full bar menu will also be available to order…

Here are some of our favorite NEW Texas Fare Brunch options:

A perfect start to any brunch and great for sharing with the whole table!

★ Breads & Spreads – jalapeno cheddar biscuit, toast points, and corn muffins paired with cinnamon butter, honey burrata, and caramelized peach jam.

           

BBQ Piggy Stack – scratch-made jalapeno cheddar biscuit made topped with bbq pulled pork, sunny-side-up eggs, and chipotle hollandaise. This finger lickin’ stack is garnished with microgreens, pickled jalapenos and served with our soon-to-be-famous Brisket Potato Hash. If you’re lookin’ for a one of a kind brunch entree, this is it.  P.S. You’ll need more napkins.

Chicken & Waffles – juicy half-chicken battered & fried to a crispy golden brown and paired with fluffy buttermilk waffles. Our homemade peach habanero syrup gives this Southern staple a sweet-kick. *Pro-tip: this entree is plenty for two!*

Rise & Shine Platter– Brick’s take on a classic breakfast platter – but leveled up with your choice of smoked meat.   Two eggs your way; four ounces of Pulled Pork, House Sausage, USDA Prime Brisket, or Smoked Turkey Breast; a jalapeno cheddar biscuit; and Potato Hash. *Pro-tip: slather plenty of Spicy Brick’s sauce on top!*

If you’re looking for more of a creamy sweet crunchy indulgence – this is it!
Sweet Tooth – baked cinnamon french toast, topped with brûléed bananas, smoked pecans, and maple whipped cream.

Nashville Chicken Biscuit– hot fried crispy chicken breast on a warm jalapeno cheddar biscuit, and served with our Poblano Slaw. *pro-tip: ask for a side of our Peach Habanero Syrup to drizzle on top*

If you’re looking for a healthy alternative – here it is!
Avocado Toast– baked toast topped with fresh avocado spread, tomatoes, cucumbers, Hatch Chili Ranch, poppy seeds, and microgreens. Served with a mixed green salad.  *pro-tip: throw a sunny-side-up egg on top*

The Bun that launched Brunch at Brick’s. Our Farmer’s Market Special (previously only available Saturday mornings, while the Market is at our doorstep) got a glorious morning upgrade and a new name.
Cowboy Breakfast Sandwich– smoked pork, crispy bacon, fluffy egg, juicy tomato, crisp lettuce, and our tangy pickled onions sandwiched into a bun, and served with potato hash.*pro-tip: top with your favorite BBQ sauce…  you’ll need two hands!*

Move over boring Bloody Marys, there’s a new sheriff in town.
Brick’s Ultimate Bloody– veggie infused vodka, garnished with a St. Louis Rib, Bacon Burnt Ends, and house – pickled vegetables.
